Les Touristes - For a Colourful Life

All images of Les Touristes - Carla Coulson

It's friday, it's grey and raining outside and the only thing keeping my mood buoyant is all the colour in my apartment. I am fortunate to live in the Marais and just a totter down the road from the colourful and joyous Les Touristes.

Home furnishings that make you feel like you are on holidays! When my sister touches-down in Paris her first stop is Les Touristes to bag floral cushions, printed tablecloths and lightweight sarongs for the beach. Les Touristes is a little eclectic, a touch hippy trippy and with a pinch of grandma all rolled together.

  7. Gorgeous shop Carla. Funny, but sitting here with the Australian sun beating down outside I'm remembering how different colours look in Euro winter light compared with Australia. I'm craving cool white interiors right now but totally get why those jewel colours and amazing combinations appeal to you under a Paris winter sky.... Jx

  14. Oh you are so lucky to live near these fabulous colors and patterns. American Rag (a furniture/Clothing store in LA if you aren't familiar) carries this kind of thing in their home side, and it stops me in my tracks every time I'm there--so classic and fun at the same time. Just beautiful!
    Happy weekend to you!
