I was on my way to Merci on the fabulous photographers street (Boulevard Beaumarchais) when I was waylaid by a sign "Make A Wish"..
Well they had the right girl.. I am into wishes..I bustled in and did a double take.
This was all so Merci (grrrrroooovy) but fab Paris threads for tiny tots. Too cool for school!!
Wish I was 5 again.

One on my bucket list Carla, seeing Paris at Christmas. It's on the planning board for Xmas 2102. I got sidetracked this holiday with the cowgirl thing-lol! Practising my line dancing as we speak (just kidding). Your photos are divine, I love shop windows in Paris, anytime of year but I bet their are fabulous right now. Keep shooting. Much love XO
ReplyDeleteCarla your gorgeous photography is the next best thing to being there. I'm with Sande, to only be in Paris for Christmas. I'm now living just a minor train ride away, perhaps next year? Gives me something to dream about.

Nice that Bonton is so close to beloved Merci - the best lunch in Paris IMHO
ReplyDeleteAdorable santa outfit!
Such a lovely window. All that and then Merci? Fun trip!
ReplyDeleteI agree, next best thing to being there! Did you make a wish?
ReplyDeletehey lady :-)
ReplyDeletejust saw the delicious page about your new book "chasing a dream" in the glossy pages of Harper's Bazaar Australia.

Carla, I want to go there! I want the grown up version of the santa outfit!
ReplyDeleteMy son lived close by on Rue du Commine, the last time I visited a little vintage dress shop had opened down stairs and next door a tiny restaurant that sat about 12 people, Paul & Joe worked across the street.
I think the area is changing, like , but not like! Surrey Hills and Camperdown in Sydney.
I love your blog

I really like the visual merchandising at Make A Wish, what a cool kids clothing store...I'll have to start making a list of all these great places in Paris.
ReplyDeletebeautiful and dreamy images...they capture the mood so well (suddenly I feel like a small child again...)
